Термоэлектрические охладители серии ML07
Термоэлектрические охладители серии ML07 специально разработаны для телекоммуникационных приложений и стандартных для отрасли корпусов DWDM, таких как 14-контактный «butterfly» или DIL. Все термоэлектрические охладители серии ML07 по своей геометрии являются прямыми аналогами серии 1ML07, но имеют дополнительный запас охлаждающей способности на 35-40 % для приложений с высокой тепловой нагрузкой. В дополнение к стандартным термоэлектрическим элементам ML07 на основе Al₂O₃ они могут быть изготовлены на основе керамики AlN для обеспечения лучшей температурной однородности поверхности термоэлектрического элемента (что важно в случае прямого монтажа на холодную сторону термоэлектрического элемента без использования промежуточной керамической подложки).
Все термоэлектрические охладители собираются с использованием бессвинцового припоя Sn-Sb (Tmelt=230ºC), соответствующего требованиям RoHS. Термоэлектрические охладители серии ML07 соответствуют требованиям стандарта надежности Telcordia GR-486.
