Серия MD06 одно- и многокаскадных модулей

Термоэлектрические охладители серии MD06 производятся с использованием технологии плотной упаковки термоэлементов (High Density — HD). По сравнению с обычными типами расстояние между термоэлементами внутри модуля уменьшено вдвое или даже больше. Это позволяет разместить больше термоэлементов на той же площади поверхности и увеличить охлаждающую способность TEC (Qmax). Кроме того, технология HD позволяет создавать термоэлектрические охладители меньших размеров, сохраняя при этом те же параметры производительности. Модули серии MD06 могут иметь различные варианты исполнения рабочих поверхностей и конфигурации выводов.
Все термоэлектрические охладители собираются с использованием бессвинцового припоя Sn-Sb (Tmelt=230ºC), соответствующего требованиям RoHS. Термоэлектрические охладители серии MD06 соответствуют требованиям стандарта надежности Telcordia GR-486.
