Серия MD04 одно- и многокаскадных модулей

Термоэлектрические охладители серии MD04 производятся с использованием технологии высокой плотности (HD) размещения термоэлементов. По сравнению с обычными типами модулей (МС) расстояние между термоэлементами внутри ТЭО уменьшено вдвое. Это позволяет разместить больше термоэлементов на той же площади и увеличить охлаждающую способность ТЭО (Qmax). Альтернативно, технология HD позволяет создавать термоэлектрические охладители меньших размеров, сохраняя те же параметры производительности. Однокаскадные ТЭО в серии MD04 варьируются по размеру от 1.2 x 2.3 мм² до 9.8 x 9.8 мм². Доступен широкий выбор вариантов  конструкций  ТЭО. Модули серии MD04 могут иметь различные варианты исполнения поверхностей и конфигурации выводных контактов.

Все термоэлектрические охладители собираются с использованием бессвинцового припоя Sn-Sb (Tmelt=230ºC), соответствующего требованиям RoHS. Термоэлектрические охладители серии MD04 соответствуют требованиям стандарта надежности Telcordia GR-486.
